The video shows an engaging example that demonstrates that Brand-to-Consumers is much more than just a regular technology platform. This particular program has been set up by a brand in the travel industry to move from a stressful transactional booking engine towards a fully immersive vacation experience. Something completely different.

After registration and booking, travelers now receive information, can find their documents and see tips in one convenient place. They are invited to share their experiences with those who stay at home and follow their adventures. They can return to accumulate memories and relationships and book their next trips with ease.

For example, the Brand to Consumers platform offers a timeline with multimedia experiences that mixes information from the brand, information about the progress of their trip and user-created information. Travelers are invited to upload their own experiences in a simple way that they know from social media, except for the fact that they are rewarded for doing it through the travel brand.
